We helped a long standing private client upgrade their London base. We were tasked with finding a space that offered a high quality specification, amenities, walking distance to work but most importantly a conversion that retained period features. Originally built in 1820 for the Prince Regent, later George IV, and designed by famed architect John Nash, Regent's Crescent offers residences of the grandest proportions, situated in one of London's great historical landmarks. Its the UK's first and only Grade 1 listed new build development which puts it in a class of its own and offers a USP when compared to all other luxury schemes in London.
