For a fully retained European Client, we were instructed to source a freehold block of apartments for investment. The search was very specific with strict parameters and we managed to source something off market and below market value. This was a corporate purchase with many nuiasances but we managed to get this through to completion as swiftly as possible. We now manage the asset under MPO Asset Management and since taking it over we have pushed the rents nearly 30% and have implemented numerous cost saving strategies.
