We quietly and discreetly disposed of a purpose built student, block off market to an international buyer. Our client asked us to discretely find a buyer and after speaking with three parties, we successfully negotiated an acceptable offer for the corporate entity and helped managed the transaction through to completion. This was a very sensitive transaction and is a great showcase of our ability to dispose of assets efficiently off market.
